This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about building long-term habits, sustainable progress, and a stronger, healthier version of yourself.

Prefer to train from home or away from the studio? We also offer virtual personal training — live, one-to-one coaching over video with the same bespoke programming, real-time technique cues and accountability you'd get in person, just delivered wherever you are.

Group sessions

HIIT & Functional Training Classes with Josh

Small-group HIIT and functional strength sessions in our Tarporley studio — high-intensity, low-ego, and brilliantly coached by Josh.

Our HIIT and Functional Training sessions are coached by Josh in small groups, so you get the energy of training alongside others with the technique-first attention you'd expect from a private studio. Every session blends short, sharp bursts of high-intensity work with functional movement patterns — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry — that translate directly into stronger, more capable everyday movement.

Expect varied formats: intervals, circuits, EMOMs, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight progressions. Josh scales every movement to the person, so beginners train safely alongside seasoned lifters and everyone leaves having genuinely worked.

These sessions are the perfect complement to 1:1 PT, or a complete training solution in their own right if you want structured, coach-led conditioning two mornings a week.
