Katie discovered Pilates after years of office-based back tightness and never looked back — the blend of precision, breath and quiet strength matched exactly how she wanted to move and teach.

She now leads our small-group Pilates sessions in Tarporley, with a focus on alignment, core control and making every cue land for every body in the room.

Her classes are calm, technical and quietly demanding — designed to leave you taller, looser and more aware of how you carry yourself off the mat.

Brenda McCooey — Yoga Teacher at SW Fitness UK Tarporley

Brenda McCooey

Yoga Teacher

Brenda's passion for yoga began at 19 with her first Hatha Yoga class in Ireland, and deepened through Ashtanga practice in Manchester before she trained as a teacher with Anne-Marie Newland, founder of Sun Power Yoga.

Her classes are Vinyasa Flow — connecting breath with movement, with a strong emphasis on alignment, kindness and a little yogi wisdom along the way.
