Background
Josh has been around the world of sports from a young age, with a background in football since the age of 6. His passion for self-improvement led him to begin studying health and fitness.
Whilst studying sport performance in college, Josh learned how beneficial exercise and good nutrition can be — not only for athletes but for people from all walks of life. This led him to pursue a career in personal training.
Josh has experience in private and semi-private personal training sessions as well as group exercise classes. His adaptable training style reflects his belief that training isn't a one-size-fits-all model.
Philosophy on exercise & wellbeing
Through his own experiences, Josh firmly believes exercise and proper nutrition play a major role in physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Staying consistent with a gym routine and diet plan develops habits and behaviours that benefit every area of life — self-discipline most of all.
To Josh, exercise is so much more than lifting as much weight as possible. The gym should be a place people come to put the work in to live a better, longer life.
