Background
Stephen began his working life as a junior chef in a gastropub up north, quickly progressing to head chef of a Michelin-star restaurant.
Always focused on progressing, he moved front of house to assistant manager, was promoted to General Manager and on to Group Operations Director of a small boutique hotel brand.
An absolute fitness fanatic, he transitioned over to the personal training and fitness industry and established SW Fitness.
